Espresso

  • Dosis: 18g (Doppelshot)
  • Ausbeute: 36g Espresso
  • Zeit: 25–30 Sekunden
  • Temperatur: 93–94°C
  • Tipp: Schmeckt zu sauer? Feiner mahlen.

Filterkaffee (V60 / Chemex)

  • Verhältnis: 15g Kaffee auf 250ml Wasser
  • Mahlgrad: Mittel (wie Tafelsalz)
  • Brühzeit: ca. 3:00 Minuten
  • Temperatur: 92–96°C

French Press

  • Verhältnis: 20g Kaffee auf 300ml Wasser
  • Mahlgrad: Grob (wie Meersalz)
  • Wichtig: Erst wenig Wasser zugeben und kurz rühren, dann den Rest auffüllen.
  • Ziehzeit: 4 Minuten.

Espresso

  • Dose: 18g (Double Shot)
  • Yield: 36g Espresso
  • Time: 25–30 seconds
  • Temperature: 93–94°C
  • Pro Tip: If it tastes too sour, grind finer.

Filter Coffee (V60 / Chemex)

  • Ratio: 15g coffee to 250ml water
  • Grind Size: Medium (like table salt)
  • Brew Time: ~3:00 minutes
  • Temperature: 92–96°C

French Press

  • Ratio: 20g coffee to 300ml water
  • Grind Size: Coarse (like sea salt)
  • Important: First pour a small amount of water and stir briefly, then add the rest.
  • Steep Time: 4 minutes.
